- Purpose of the Board of Directors:
Our Board of Directors (Consejo de Administración) is responsible for guiding the long-term direction, integrity, and sustainable operation of the company. The Board oversees strategic decisions, the administration of the organization, and ensures that each action taken considers not only shareholders, but also employees, clients, suppliers, the community, and the environment.

Strategic Direction: Approving long-term plans, priorities, and major company initiatives.
Oversight: Ensuring that operations align with legal requirements, internal policies, and purpose-driven objectives.
Stakeholder Stewardship: Evaluating decisions to ensure a positive impact on people, communities, and the environment.
